INTERNSHIPS, APPRENTICESHIPS AND THESIS
At A4S, we strongly believe in the connection between school / training and job places, and we work to make this relationship more efficient as possible. Every year we sign agreements and we start many internships with Higher Schools and Universities. Additionally, we give the chance to students to develop thesis in collaboration with our company.
In A4S every student wil chance to experience, according to his/her educational backgroundand together with expert tutor, trending topics directly on field. Together with other colleagues, the student will take part of structured and agreed projects, in accordance with their studies and interests.

NEW GRADUATES

We are constantly looking for new graduates, preferably in engineering and economics, to be included in our technical and project management offices. Generally insertion takes place through a 6-month paid internship aimed at hiring.
PROFESSIONALS
Agile4Solutions is looking for professionals who gained technical and managerial who have past experience at competitors’ companies or other companies operating in technological areas in the Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Power and Petrochemical sectors.
Brilliant managers with recognized expertise who aspire to new positions of responsibility which, by demonstrating their belief in our products and in our values, are committed to increase their motivation, contributing to teamwork and generating ideas for innovative methodologies and tools .
SELECTION PROCESS
- STEP 1: the first interview takes place with Human Resources department and is aimed at investigating the personal aspects of the candidate: study, professional and life path, motivations and aspirations, transversal skills and correspondence with the researched profile.
- STEP 2: subsequently, those who pass the first phase, will meet the manager of the required area: technical, administrative, quality, marketing and commercial manager.
- STEP 3: if the second phase is being passed, the candidate will then meet the company owners. This is a phase in which the candidate's leadership inclinations will also be tested.
- STEP 4: the selected candidate will be contacted to proceed with the presentation of the contractual and economic details of the proposal.
INSERTION PROCESS
The growth of People means the growth of our Group.
The insertion process in A4S foresees for the new hires a”Welcome plan” allowing to further explore their knowledge in terms of company functions, culture, mission and values, behavioral rules, activities and production, quality and safety.
After this first process the new employee will be supported and mentored by a senior staff of the belonging department.
Our “on-the-job” training formula, called "Customer Shaping", is particularly important. «Customer Shaping». The customer will have the chance to make part of the training process of our staff.
