Preliminary analysis of customer specifications and preparation of the "scope of work". This phase is fundamental for the success of the proposed solution.

Proposal of a high-level solution to be discussed and reviewed in detail with the customer. In this phase A4S works to present innovative solutions, which will contribute to the high added value of the service, provided to the customer.

Agile4Solutions selects and arranges the team of specialists dedicated to carrying out the service offered to the customer.

All the agreed activities will begin their implementation phase and will pass through periodic and accurate checks, in order to guarantee the respect of the agreed times  and costs.
